OptimalShip (Optimal Logistics) may send transactional one-time sign-in codes by text. These messages are not marketing, promotional, or shipment tracking texts.
Message frequency is typically one code per sign-in attempt. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of sign-in texts. Reply HELP for help.
Signed-in customers can opt in from Settings by adding a US mobile number and checking the SMS sign-in checkbox. Checking the box still requires a verification code. The Settings description reads:

When SMS sign-in is enabled for the platform, every visitor sees Text me a code on sign-in. Sample message:
Your OptimalShip sign-in code is 123456
